The Sunday Reset That Makes Monday Sessions Better

Twenty-five minutes on Sunday so you walk into Monday present, not scavenging notes.

Inbox zero is not a coaching skill. Presence is. A 25-minute Sunday reset is ops in service of the hour, not a second job.

The 25-Minute Cadence

  1. Scan notes (10) — last insight, open actions, anything that smells stuck.
  2. Flag at-risk (5) — no session in 14 days, flat scores, “I’ll reschedule.”
  3. Block prep (10) — 12 minutes before each Monday/Tuesday session. Put it on the calendar like a client.

This is not another Notion setup. Use whatever already holds the notes. The stack does not need a new app for this.

How to Keep It Boring

Same three passes, same 25 minutes, same day. If a pass finishes early, sit. Do not “just tidy tags.” The reset is done when the prep blocks exist, not when the CRM is pretty.

The Lie Coaches Believe

“I’ll just review five minutes before.” You won’t. You’ll be late, you’ll skim, and you’ll ask a question you asked last week.

The 3-Minute Action

Open next week’s calendar. Add one 25-minute “reset” block before the first session. Treat a miss like a no-show on yourself.
