The Follow-Up After “I Need to Think About It”
Two-touch diagnostic sequence. Not a just-checking-in.

“I need to think about it” is data, not a door closing. Just checking in trains them to ignore you. The discovery skeleton already ran. This is the after.
Two Touches
Day 2 — diagnostic, not a nudge:
“You said you needed to think. What specifically are you weighing — fit, timing, or money?”
Day 6 — one close on the 90-day offer:
“If it’s a no for this season, that’s clean. If it’s a yes, we start [date]. Which is it?”
Then stop. Homework they “need to think about” is not a between-session experiment. It’s a decision.
How to Send It
Same thread as the call recap. No new subject line. No PDF. If they don’t answer day 6, the file is closed unless they reopen it.
Where Coaches Break
- A third “just circling back.” That’s begging.
- Discounting in the day-6 note. You just taught them to stall.
The 3-Minute Action
Write the day-2 and day-6 lines. Put them under your enroll script. Use them on the next maybe.
